SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days via Australia Post, so you won’t have to wait to long for your order. 

In the unlikely event that your order seems to be taking a long time, please feel free to email heyivy2020@gmail.com and we will investigate for you.

RETURNS

We will happily exchange or refund any item that is damaged or defected, however we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Please notify us via email at heyivy2020@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

HEY IVY respects your privacy, none of your personal or purchasing details will be shared.

CARE

All cotton made goods can be hand or machine washed on a cold gentle cycle with similar colours and in a delicate’s bag. Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry.
